    Please Note:

    You are required to make notes during the certification sessions each day. Please carry the necessary tools to do that. Phone, Tablet, Computer, Notebook, Diary etc.

    You will be allowed to make videos of yourself practicing the movements taught on the day for your record keeping and our team will be there to help you with form corrections.

    Please ask questions during the sessions so that you can clarify any doubts you may with regards to the form, technique and application of the movement.

    Equipment needed for Online Course Participants : 1 Mudgar 4-5 Kg , 1 Gada 2-4 Kg and 2 Kg Mudgar Pair

    The certification will be conducted over 2 days ( 2 hours each day). The 3rd is reserved for revision, Q&A and assessment.

    On the day of the assessment, the trainer can and will ask you to engage in all the movements in the required rep range and using correct form. In case your assessment results are unsatisfactory, you will be given 10 days to practice and reappear for the same. This can be done online too.

    Please note that beyond the 2 assessment opportunities, no additional chances will be given and the certification will not be granted. So please take the practice days seriously and use all the help you need from our training team.
